Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2025 – Monika Singh has joined AML RightSource as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she will contribute to strengthening the firm’s workforce by driving recruitment strategies and talent acquisition initiatives for the region.
In her previous role, Monika Singh worked at NCR Voyix for over four years, serving as HR Specialist – Talent where she managed HR operations, business partnering, and recruitment. She also held key leadership roles within internal networks such as President – WIN (Women in NCR Voyix) and Site Communication Leader, playing a vital role in driving inclusion and communication across the organization.
Prior to that, she spent around a year at Mosaic India as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting HR business partnering and employee relations functions.
Before Mosaic, Monika gained nearly five years of experience at NCR Corporation as a Human Resources Consultant, where she was responsible for core HR activities at their Gurgaon location.
Monika holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Apeejay School of Management.
