Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, June 2025 – Monique Frant has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Zenchef, where she will oversee people strategy, drive talent initiatives, and further strengthen the company’s global HR capabilities. In this key executive role, Monique is tasked with advancing Zenchef’s mission through effective leadership, employee engagement, and a forward-thinking HR approach.
Previously, Monique served as Human Resources Manager at SC Johnson for the Netherlands, where she played a central role in developing HR strategies and supporting business growth. Before her time at SC Johnson, she was VP People at Ace & Tate, leading HR transformation and strategic people development in a dynamic, creative environment.
Monique also held significant responsibility as Head of HR for South and West Europe and R&D at Upfield, where she managed regional HR functions and supported organizational growth. She earlier served as Chief People Officer at Wehkamp Retail Group, spearheading strategic talent management and people initiatives for the leading e-commerce retailer.
Her extensive career includes roles such as Group Chief People Officer at IQ-EQ (SGG Group), Director, HR EMEA at Sonos, Inc., and Head of People Services at Booz Allen Hamilton and Booz & Company. Across these positions, Monique has built a reputation for expertise in global talent acquisition, strategic HR planning, and people services leadership.
Her HR journey began with foundational experience at Celerant Consulting (now Hitachi Consulting), where she held progressive roles from Consultant to Senior Project Manager and HR Manager, as well as earlier operational experience at Frans Maas and Christian Salvesen.
