Louisville, Kentucky, United States, June 2025 – Morgan Sisk has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Mortenson Dental Partners, taking the lead of the organization’s Human Resources function as the company continues to expand its footprint across the United States. In this new role, Morgan will oversee all people strategy, employee experience, and HR operations for one of America’s largest employee-owned dental practice groups.
Prior to joining Mortenson Dental Partners, Morgan served at Premier Packaging, LLC in Louisville, holding both the roles of Chief Sales Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer. As CSO, Morgan led the sales function, driving revenue growth and new business opportunities, while previously as CHRO, Morgan oversaw all HR aspects including talent management, learning and development, HR analytics, and business partnering. Morgan was a direct report to the CEO and a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to organizational transformation and people-first culture initiatives.
Morgan’s earlier experience includes nearly two years at Axalta as Vice President, Human Resources and Senior Director, Human Resources, where Morgan supported global business units and served as HR partner to several C-suite executives. Morgan was responsible for HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across multiple geographies, and was a member of the HR leadership team.
Morgan also spent over seven years at TE Connectivity, progressing through leadership roles including Director, Global Sales – Test & Measurement Sensors, Director, Global Sales Operations, and multiple senior HR roles. Morgan led cross-functional teams, executed sales and HR transformation initiatives, managed large-scale integration projects, and drove key HR processes across the organization.
