Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, February 2026 — Muhammad Faisal has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Power Cement Limited, strengthening the company’s leadership as it continues to advance its operations in Pakistan’s cement manufacturing sector.
In his new role, Muhammad Faisal will lead the overall HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives to support Power Cement Limited’s manufacturing, sales, and marketing operations. His mandate includes aligning human capital frameworks with business growth objectives, strengthening performance culture, and enabling sustainable workforce transformation.
Prior to joining Power Cement Limited, Muhammad Faisal served as Head of Human Resources at TPS Worldwide, where he led enterprise HR strategy and people operations across the organization. Before that, he held progressive leadership roles at K-Electric, including Lead HRBP Generation & Transmission, General Manager – Human Resource Business Partner, Deputy General Manager – Human Resources, and HR Business Partner, supporting large-scale operational and technical functions within the energy sector.
Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Human Resources at Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Limited, and held HR leadership positions at Bank AL Habib Limited, KASB Bank, and EcoPack Ltd., building strong expertise across manufacturing, banking, and industrial sectors.
With over two decades of diverse HR leadership experience spanning manufacturing, energy, financial services, and technology, Muhammad Faisal brings deep expertise in strategic HR business partnering, workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and performance-driven culture development to Power Cement Limited.
