Pune, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 — Anand Subbaraman has been elevated to Chief Executive Officer at Icertis, a recognition of his outstanding leadership and strategic contributions to the company. Over the past year and seven months as Chief Operating Officer, Anand played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, scaling global operations, and fortifying Icertis’ position as a market leader in AI-powered contract intelligence.
In his current organization journey, Anand joined Icertis in February 2024 as Chief Operating Officer, where he was instrumental in streamlining operations, enhancing customer engagement, and driving innovation across the company’s global delivery footprint. His leadership in optimizing execution processes and aligning teams to strategic priorities has been key to delivering sustainable growth and operational agility.
Previously, Anand served at BrowserStack for over two years, where he held roles as President and Senior Vice President of Product. At BrowserStack, he drove product strategy, marketing, business operations, and innovation for the hyper-growth SaaS scale-up, significantly enhancing its global market presence.
Before that, Anand spent nearly four years at Finastra as Senior Vice President and General Manager – Cloud & Digital Banking, Payments and Platforms. In this role, he led product management, engineering, sales, GTM, and customer success, launching next-generation banking and platform solutions for a wide range of financial institutions, including neo banks.
Anand’s longest corporate stint was at Oracle Corporation, where he spent 17 years in senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Products and Vice President of Product Management and Strategy. During this period, he managed product strategy and innovation across domains such as HCM, CRM, ERP, SCM, and mobile solutions, establishing Oracle as a leader in multiple product categories. His early career included roles at M4 Financial, Exeter Group, and a marketing internship at Unilever.
Anand Subbaraman holds an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (1997–1999) and a B.Tech in Electronics and Computers from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (1993–1997).
