New Delhi, Delhi, India, March 2025 – Mukesh Batra has joined RK Business Group as the Strategic Group Chief Human Resource Officer (Group CHRO). In this role, he will oversee human resource strategy, talent management, organizational development, and workforce transformation across Railway Culinary Services, QSR Chains, Tourism, Hotels, and Hospitals. His leadership will be instrumental in driving HR innovation and business growth across RK Business Group’s diverse portfolio.
Before joining RK Business Group, Batra was Vice President of Human Resources at OPG Mobility (Formerly Okaya EV), where he played a pivotal role in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and performance management for the company’s electric vehicle manufacturing, energy storage solutions, and global operations.
Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at MICROTEK International, a global player in power products and renewable energy solutions. In this role, he led HR operations, workforce planning, and strategic talent initiatives to support the company’s expansion in solar energy, power conditioning, and EV charging solutions.
Earlier in his career, Batra was Vice President HRIS at Motherson Group, where he spearheaded HR technology and business transformation projects to drive efficiency and innovation. Before that, he was Head of Human Resources at MothersonSumi Infotech & Designs Ltd. (MIND), leading HR operations, organizational development, and digital HR transformation for the IT and engineering services division of the company.
