Singapore — Mustafa Denlisoz has been promoted to the new role of Head of Human Resources for East Asia Pacific at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, marking a significant step in his professional journey. Denlisoz has been with IHG Hotels & Resorts for over two years, starting as Head of Human Resources SEAK before his recent promotion.
Prior to his tenure at IHG, Denlisoz served at KPMG UK for four years, initially as a Manager in M&A Advisory and later as an Associate Director. His responsibilities included overseeing strategic initiatives and personnel management, which he managed adeptly according to industry standards. Before KPMG, he contributed his expertise at Aon, focusing on labor relations and succession planning over a period of five years.
Denlisoz began his professional HR journey with roles that included Legal Compliance & HR Officer at Intapeople and Employment Law Advisor & Tribunal Advocate at National Business Consultancy. His extensive background in labor relations and strategic personnel management has prepared him well for overseeing IHG’s operations across the culturally diverse and dynamic East Asia Pacific region.
