Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Mythili Sarathy has stepped into the role of Vice President – Enterprise Transformation Group, Chairman’s Office at Reliance Industries Limited, where she will play a strategic role in driving enterprise-wide transformation, organizational leadership systems, and special strategic initiatives across the Reliance Group.
In her expanded responsibility within the Chairman’s Office, she will contribute to enterprise transformation programs, leadership capability building, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and business process excellence across key businesses of Reliance Industries Limited.
Prior to her current elevation, Mythili Sarathy served within the Chairman’s Office at Reliance Industries Limited as Special Initiatives Lead and earlier as Managing Business Partner – Polymer & SCM, Member, Chairman’s Office, and Head of Talent Management, cumulatively contributing to large-scale leadership, talent management, and organizational transformation programs across the Jamnagar and Mumbai operations of Reliance.
Before her extended tenure at Reliance, she served as Head of Strategy and Senior Management Advisor at SLOANEBUILT in Australia, and earlier as Chief Human Resources Officer and Head Strategy, where she led enterprise strategy, HR transformation, technology enablement, leadership coaching, and business growth programs.
She is also a Visiting Faculty at Shiv Nadar University, contributing to Organization Theory, Design and Development, supporting academic–industry integration in leadership education.
Earlier in her career, Mythili Sarathy held roles at Payoda Technologies, Microsoft, Cdot Alcatel Lucent Research Centre, and AIMS Education, building a multidisciplinary foundation spanning strategy, technology, business development, and human capital transformation.
Mythili Sarathy is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where she completed her PGDM (PGP) in Marketing and Sales with Strategy specialization.
