Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 – Neha Bhandari has taken over as Head – People & Culture (Used Cars + NBFC) at CARS24, where she will lead people strategy across the Retail, Wholesale and NBFC businesses, architecting scalable people systems to support CARS24’s hyper-growth, digital mobility ecosystem and financial services expansion.
In her current role, she is responsible for strengthening culture, enabling high-performance talent architecture, driving organizational design, and building people systems that align business ambition with workforce capability across diverse teams and geographies.
Prior to her elevation, Neha Bhandari held multiple leadership roles at CARS24, including Head People & Culture – Used Cars (Wholesale & Retail) and Head People & Culture – Wholesale, where she built people architectures supporting the organisation’s fast-scaling wholesale and retail platforms.
Before joining CARS24, she served as Director of Human Resources at VMock, where she led global HR strategy, culture transformation, performance architecture, and governance systems across India and the United States.
Earlier in her career, Neha held senior HR leadership positions at LexInnova, Healthians, Finlace Consulting, Future Group, Barclays Shared Services, IBM Daksh Business Process Services, and Convergys, building deep expertise in hyper-growth people systems, culture transformation, rewards and recognition, workforce planning, and enterprise HR operations.
