India, April 2026 — Pallavi Bhatia has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer – Alumina Business at Vedanta Limited – Aluminium Business, bringing extensive experience across HR strategy, talent management, workforce transformation, industrial relations, HR operations, onboarding, payroll, and manufacturing-sector people practices.
In her new role, Pallavi Bhatia will lead the HR strategy for Vedanta’s alumina vertical, with a focus on talent management, workforce transformation, people practices, and HR initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
Before joining Vedanta Limited – Aluminium Business, Pallavi served as Regional Human Resources Manager at Pernod Ricard, where she supported regional HR priorities and people initiatives. Prior to this, she was Head of Human Resources at Minova Runaya, where she worked across HR strategy, payroll, and business-aligned people practices.
Earlier, Pallavi served as Manager HR at Goodyear India Limited and HR Manager at ATG Tire, a Yokohama Group company, building strong experience across manufacturing HR, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. She also worked as Lead HR & IR at Cavendish Industries Ltd, a JK Tyre associate, where she strengthened her expertise in industrial relations and plant HR.
Her earlier career includes roles with Birla Tyres Ltd, Aryan HR Consulting Pvt Ltd, Saraswati Dynamics Pvt Ltd, and Airtel, where she gained experience across HR operations, recruitment, senior management hiring, payroll support, organization structure, job descriptions, induction, and training.
