Pune, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Impetus Technologies has announced the appointment of Nachiket Deshpande as its Chief Executive Officer, marking a pivotal leadership transition as the company accelerates its growth in the AI-driven digital economy. With nearly three decades of global experience spanning technology, delivery, and business leadership, Nachiket is known for steering large enterprises through high-impact digital transformation and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Impetus, Nachiket served as President and Executive Board Member at LTIMindtree, where he led the company’s AI Services business — encompassing AI advisory, engineering, solutions, and platform operations. Under his leadership, the AI Studio and Agentic AI marketplace became key growth engines, supported by deeper academic and technology ecosystem collaborations that significantly strengthened the company’s innovation agenda.
Before that, Nachiket held prominent roles as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board Member at both LTIMindtree and Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI), where he led global delivery transformation and drove enterprise-wide innovation to scale operations across markets. His two-decade career at Cognizant further shaped his leadership journey — serving as Global Delivery Head for Banking & Financial Services and Cloud & Infrastructure Services, where he spearheaded automation, cloud modernization, and strategic initiatives such as the TriZetto acquisition and integration. Nachiket began his career at Tech Mahindra, gaining early exposure to enterprise architecture and telecom solutions.
In his new role, Nachiket will guide Impetus Technologies through its next phase of evolution — deepening innovation across data, cloud, and modern engineering ecosystems, while expanding its global footprint in the enterprise AI and digital transformation landscape.
