London, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Nada Chebib has started a new role as Head of People at Avantia Law, bringing decades of senior HR leadership across the legal, asset management, consulting, and energy sectors. In her new capacity, Nada will lead Avantia Law’s people and culture strategy, leveraging her extensive experience in talent management, business partnering, and HR transformation to support the firm’s growth and innovation.
Most recently, Nada Chebib served as Senior People Partner at Avantia Law, where she played a vital role in shaping people practices to support the firm’s vision as a leader in AI-enabled legal services for private equity and asset management clients. Her work combined hands-on HR business partnering with advancing strategic talent initiatives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Previously, Nada was Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Resolute Asset Management, where she advised senior leaders on talent management and HR strategy across the UK and EMEA region. She also led HR consulting engagements as HR Director at On Kew HR Consulting Services Limited, partnering with organizations on restructures, M&A, and large-scale talent projects.
Nada’s earlier career at Phillips 66 saw her hold several roles over a decade, culminating as HR Manager Europe Commercial & Marketing and HR Business Partner Director for UK operations. She supported organizational change, engagement, and talent initiatives across the business, building a reputation for strategic HR leadership in commercial environments.
Her foundation was built in senior HR roles at EnCore Oil and EnCana Corporation (now Ovintiv), where she led international HR programs, workforce diversity, and business support for drilling, operations, and recruitment. Across all roles, Nada is known for her expertise in talent strategy, employee engagement, HR management, and organizational development.
