Gerlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, May 2024 – Nadja Ghulam takes on a pivotal role at Bosch, stepping into the position of HR Director Workforce Management in the Mobility Sector. Ghulam rejoins Bosch Mobility with a vibrant mix of enthusiasm for new challenges and the comfort of familiar faces.
Previously, Ghulam served as Project Director Strategic Customer Focus at Bosch Rexroth from October 2022 until April 2024, where she played a crucial role in aligning project strategies with customer needs. Prior to this role, she had a significant tenure as HR Director from July 2018 to September 2022, during which she spearheaded numerous successful HR initiatives that enhanced organizational effectiveness.
Before her time at Bosch Rexroth, Ghulam was an HR Manager at Robert Bosch Battery Systems GmbH, from October 2014 to June 2018. This role was instrumental in shaping her expertise in HR management within high-tech environments. Her journey in Bosch began even earlier at Robert Bosch GmbH, where she evolved from a Junior HR Business Partner in October 2008 to an HR Business Partner by November 2011, gaining valuable experience in employee relations and strategic HR planning.
Ghulam’s earlier career at Bosch laid a solid foundation for her advanced roles, where she honed her skills in strategic customer focus and human resources, contributing significantly to the operational growth and strategic alignment within the company.
