Hyderabad, Telangana, India, February 2026 – Wells Fargo & Company has promoted Naga Jyothi Avusingi to Director of Technology, recognizing her extensive leadership experience in core banking and enterprise technology transformation.
Naga Jyothi has been associated with Wells Fargo for over eleven years, steadily progressing through multiple leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Executive Director, Core Banking, where she led critical initiatives in cloud applications, core banking modernization, and enterprise-scale engineering programs. Prior to that, she held leadership positions including Engineering Senior Manager (Vice President), Vice President – Engineering Manager, AVP Technology, and Technology Manager, contributing to large-scale technology delivery and operational excellence across banking platforms.
Before joining Wells Fargo, she spent nearly a decade at CSC – Computer Sciences Corporation, where she held progressive roles including Group Service Manager (Delivery Manager), Project Manager, Service Manager, and Senior Software Engineer, building a strong foundation in technology delivery, program management, and client engagement. She began her professional journey with Keane India Limited as a Software Engineer.
In her new role as Director of Technology, Naga Jyothi will continue to drive strategic technology initiatives aligned with Wells Fargo’s core banking and enterprise technology roadmap.
