Hyderabad, Telangana, India, December 2025 — Narendra Kumar Vellore has been appointed as Director – Human Resources at NetCom Learning®, where he will lead the organization’s people strategy as it continues to scale its global learning and workforce enablement footprint.
In his new role, Narendra Kumar Vellore is responsible for shaping scalable and compliant people systems across talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy governance. His mandate includes driving faster and higher-quality hiring, strengthening organizational culture, and delivering a measurable employee experience supported by data governance, analytics, and modern HR technologies, including AI-enabled initiatives.
Prior to joining NetCom Learning®, Narendra Kumar Vellore has built a distinguished HR leadership career spanning over two decades across technology, services, consulting, and advisory organizations. Most recently, he has been serving as Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Aurum Advisors, a strategic HR and business advisory firm supporting small and mid-sized enterprises with future-ready, people-centric solutions. In this role, he has led growth strategy, client partnerships, digital HR enablement, and advisory delivery with full P&L responsibility.
Before this, he was Co-Founder & CEO of BlueprintPeo, where he helped organizations establish technology-enabled HR business process outsourcing and professional employer solutions tailored for startups and SMEs. Earlier, he held senior HR leadership roles including Vice President – Human Resources India at 24-7 Intouch and Vice President – HR & Training at Knoah Solutions, where he led large-scale workforce operations, talent strategy, leadership development, and HR transformation initiatives.
His earlier career also includes leadership positions with Satyam Computer Services (now part of Tech Mahindra), Butler International, Hellosoft India, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, providing him with deep exposure to enterprise HR, global delivery models, and technology-driven organizations.
Narendra Kumar Vellore holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, and is widely recognized for blending human-centered design, analytics-driven decision-making, and modern HR systems to deliver business outcomes.
