Bayswater, Victoria, Australia, November 2025 — EACH, one of Australia’s leading community health and social care organisations, has announced the appointment of Natacha Razavi as its new Executive Director – People & Culture. In her new role, Natacha will spearhead the organisation’s people strategy, driving a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence across EACH’s diverse workforce and nationwide services.
Natacha’s career at EACH spans nearly a decade of progressive leadership and meaningful impact. Over the years, she has held key roles including Human Resources Director, Manager – HR Partnerships & Operations, and Senior Business Partner – People & Culture, where she led strategic workforce planning, employee relations, and cultural transformation initiatives. Her deep understanding of EACH’s mission and people-first ethos has made her an instrumental force in building strong, values-driven teams that enable impactful service delivery across communities.
Before joining EACH, Natacha served as HR Manager at Lesaffre Australia Pacific, where she oversaw end-to-end human resources operations for the region, including industrial relations, payroll, safety, and talent management. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR and safety roles at Fantech, providing HR and OHS leadership across multiple sites in Australia and New Zealand.
Natacha began her HR journey with Nationwide Towing & Transport and Pentair Water Solutions (Viadux), where she built foundational experience in HR operations, recruitment, and training. Over the years, her leadership has been defined by a commitment to equity, workforce wellbeing, and people-centered organisational development.
