Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — HighRadius, a global leader in AI-driven Autonomous Finance solutions, has announced the appointment of Preeti Taunk as Director – People & Culture, marking a significant milestone in her dynamic HR leadership journey. In her new role, Preeti will lead strategic initiatives focused on talent development, culture transformation, and organizational capability building to support HighRadius’ continued global expansion and innovation-driven growth.
Preeti’s journey with HighRadius has been marked by consistent growth and impact. Prior to her elevation, she served as Associate Director – People & Culture, where she played a pivotal role in shaping employee experience, leadership development, and engagement strategies across business functions. Her contributions have been instrumental in building a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s mission of driving autonomous transformation in the finance domain.
Before joining HighRadius, Preeti was associated with Snapdeal for nearly three years, where she served as Senior Manager and Manager – HR Business Partner. She led HR business partnering for multiple business units, driving workforce planning, succession development, and strategic HR interventions for the fast-paced e-commerce ecosystem.
Earlier, she spent close to eight years with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. – FES, Swaraj Division, where she held progressive roles from Deputy Manager HR to HR Manager. During this tenure, she was deeply involved in plant HR operations, talent engagement, and implementing structured people processes across functions. Preeti began her HR career at Selection Search, gaining early exposure to talent acquisition, and subsequently at Oceans Connect (I) Pvt. Ltd., where she honed her people management and analytical skills in service operations.
Preeti holds a degree in Human Resource Leadership from the School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), which has shaped her people-first and innovation-driven leadership approach.
