London Area, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Trackimo, a provider of end-to-end IoT-based real-time location tracking solutions, has appointed Natalie Antoshchuk as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, Antoshchuk will lead Trackimo’s marketing direction and growth strategy, strengthening brand narratives and product positioning while driving go-to-market execution aligned with the company’s business objectives.
With a strong blend of marketing leadership, product innovation, and global account development, Natalie Antoshchuk steps into the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Trackimo in January 2026, based in London.
In the years leading up to her promotion, Antoshchuk played an instrumental role in Trackimo’s commercial growth, most recently serving as Head of Sales and Marketing for over one year, where she led integrated sales and marketing initiatives and strengthened account management and business development efforts.
Prior to that, she served as Global Account Director for about one year, building strategic relationships, driving global account expansion, and strengthening Trackimo’s sales execution capabilities in an increasingly competitive technology market.
She also spent nearly three years as Senior Account Manager, after beginning her Trackimo journey as an Account Manager, steadily building deep expertise in client relations, customer outcomes, and commercial execution, supported by a strong foundation in analytical and operational discipline.
Alongside her corporate leadership journey, Antoshchuk is also the Founder of Banister Staff, an entrepreneurial initiative where she has focused on building a platform that transforms household services and staff hiring—developing an all-in-one app covering hiring, management, payroll, and legal needs. This entrepreneurial experience reflects her ability to build products from idea to execution and shape brand narratives that resonate with users.
Earlier in her career, she worked for several years as a private English Tutor, building strong communication and people-development capabilities over an extended period. She also gained international exposure through customer-focused roles as Sales Associate at Chalhoub Group and earlier as a Waitress at Addmind Group in Abu Dhabi—experiences that strengthened her front-line customer insight. She began her professional journey in Ukraine, working as an Advertising Manager at Mediamax Adv., gaining early exposure to brand visibility and market execution.
Antoshchuk holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Hult International Business School (2023–2025), further strengthening her strategic and business leadership foundation.
