Los Angeles, California, United States, August 2024 – Patrice Tucker has started her new role as Vice President, Human Resources at Skydance. Patrice brings extensive experience in HR policies, strategic human resource planning, and organizational management to her new position.
Patrice Tucker has been with Skydance for 1 year and 10 months. Before her promotion, she served as the Executive Director, Human Resources, where she was responsible for overseeing HR policies, strategic planning, and leadership development.
Prior to joining Skydance, Patrice was a Senior Human Resources Manager at NEP Group, Inc. for almost 4 years. In this role, she managed various HR activities such as employee relations, budgeting, performance management, compliance, compensation, and training. She worked closely with all levels of management to facilitate organizational development activities and coordinated performance improvement plans and individual employee training plans.
Patrice also served as the Director of Human Resources at Aquamen Entertainment Animation Studio from 2017 to 2019. She collaborated with executive members and supported team leaders in forecasting and planning talent pipelines, provided guidance and support to managers on performance management, and evaluated and established the company compensation standards.
Her earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Universal Studios Hollywood, HR Generalist at Trailer Park, and Recruiter/HR Specialist at Comprehensive Staffing Solutions of California.
