Melissa brings a wealth of experience in human resources leadership and strategy, which will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment at Russell Stover Chocolates.
Melissa Allison joins Russell Stover Chocolates after serving as the Chief People Officer at Foley Equipment for approximately 8 months. In this role, she was responsible for leading HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR functions with the company’s overall business objectives.
Prior to Foley Equipment, Melissa was the Human Resources Director at Honeywell for about 2 years and 4 months. During her tenure, she managed HR operations, implemented HR policies, and supported organizational development to drive business growth.
Melissa also served as the Human Resources Director at Olin for nearly 1 year and 9 months. Her responsibilities included overseeing HR functions, talent management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
In addition, Melissa held the position of Director of Human Resources at Orbital ATK for approximately 3 years and 8 months. She led HR initiatives, managed employee relations, and contributed to the company’s HR strategy and planning.
Her earlier career includes roles such as Human Resources Director at Tension Envelope Corporation and RSC Equipment Rental, where she gained extensive experience in HR management and operations.
