King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States, August 2026 — UGI Corporation has elevated Larissa Volf to the role of Vice President, Global Total Rewards & HR Operations, marking a significant transition into a global people leadership mandate after an extensive career spanning finance, audit, compliance, business transformation, and international operations.
Volf has been with UGI Corporation since 2022, most recently serving as General Auditor, where her responsibilities covered internal audit, internal controls, SOX, finance leadership, and business transformation. Her move into Global Total Rewards & HR Operations brings together her experience in governance, financial discipline, operational effectiveness, and enterprise transformation.
Before joining the corporate organization, Volf spent more than 10 years with UGI International, progressing through multiple finance leadership roles across Europe. She served as Director – Accounting, Consolidation & Compliance, Finance Director – Region ALPS, Finance Manager, and Head of Group Controlling / FP&A, building deep expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, controlling, and international business operations.
Earlier in her career, Volf worked in Controlling and Financial Planning & Analysis at NextiraOne Austria, supported accounting administration at Leo Volf GmbH, and contributed to a UniCredit Group project focused on establishing a risk management system in Kazakhstan. She also gained audit experience with Ernst & Young Austria and began her career in Kazakhstan as Executive Assistant to the CEO at AWD Pharma-PLIVA.
Her career spans more than two decades across Austria, France, Kazakhstan, and the United States, reflecting a broad international perspective. She is also pursuing an Executive MBA from Villanova School of Business, further strengthening her enterprise leadership and business management capabilities as she takes on this expanded global role.
