Worcestershire, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Natalie Chatley has been promoted to Human Resources Director, Canada, US, EMEA & UK at IDEX Material Processing Technologies (IDEX MPT).
In her expanded global role, Natalie will focus on the integration of the MPT platform, driving a cohesive People and Culture strategy across multiple regions. Her mandate includes enabling talent, strengthening performance frameworks, fostering innovation, and aligning workforce strategy with business growth across Canada, the US, EMEA, and the UK.
Prior to this promotion, Natalie served as Human Resources Director EMEA at Matcon Limited, where she led strategic HR leadership across the UK, Europe, USA, and Southeast Asia. Her expertise spans change management, organizational culture, global talent acquisition, and employee engagement in complex international environments.
Earlier, as Group HR Director at RICOR Group, she was a member of the Group Operational Board, advising directors to drive performance and business growth. She configured and launched a biometric Time & Attendance system to enhance cost-of-sales reporting, introduced site and group-level HR KPIs, developed recruitment and talent strategies, structured total reward packages, and led workforce design initiatives across the UK, Poland, and Slovakia. She also spearheaded site closures, restructuring programs, and launched an Engineering Apprentice scheme.
Natalie previously held senior HR leadership roles at Malvern Panalytical, where she led HR digital transformation initiatives including the implementation of SAP HR across the UK and Europe, digitalised performance appraisal processes, achieved Investors in People Silver Accreditation, and drove award-winning employee engagement initiatives. Her earlier experience includes roles at BMG Research and MapInfo, where she delivered measurable cost savings, strengthened recruitment strategies, and supported multi-country HR operations across EMEA.
With extensive global HR leadership experience spanning digital transformation, organizational design, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning, Natalie Chatley is well positioned to lead IDEX MPT’s integrated People and Culture agenda across its international footprint.
