Raleigh, North Carolina, United States, March 2026 — Globant has appointed Sabina A. Schneider as Chief Technology Officer for Healthcare and Life Sciences. In this role, she will lead technology direction for healthcare and life sciences initiatives, drawing on her long-standing journey at Globant and her experience driving outcome-based delivery leadership that combines technology, data, culture solutions, and clear business targets.
With more than two decades at Globant, Sabina A. Schneider steps into this position after leading senior technology and solutions responsibilities across regions. Her work has been aligned with building digitally enabled capabilities and guiding multidisciplinary teams through iterative transformations of IT, process, culture, data, and experience across diverse markets.
Within Globant, she previously served as Chief Solutions Officer North America, leading senior-level engagement and delivery priorities in the United States. Earlier, she held the position of SVP Technology US East Coast, focused on delivery leadership and aligning technology outcomes with business objectives in the US market.
Before her North America leadership responsibilities, she served as Chief Solution Officer Latin America, where she contributed to collaborative design and implementation of transformations through assertive leadership of multidisciplinary teams. She also held leadership roles including VP Discover and VP of Big Data Studio, reflecting strong capability building across technology, data, and platform-led execution.
Earlier in her career at Globant, she led the High Performance Solution Studio as a technical director and Big Data specialist, building and leading teams working with open-source and cloud technologies to help organisations extract value from large-scale data. She also contributed to multiple technology leadership roles supporting global clients across different geographies, including team leadership assignments and offshore development responsibilities.
Alongside her executive and technology leadership journey, Sabina A. Schneider has also contributed through board and membership roles. She is a Member at Chief, a private network focused on supporting women executives, and serves as a Board Member at the North Carolina Technology Association (NC TECH) in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States.
