Denver, Colorado, United States, March 2025 – Natalie Funcheon has been promoted to Vice President – Head of Human Resources at Prime Data Centers, where she will spearhead the organization’s global HR function. In this leadership role, she will be responsible for driving human capital strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational culture across the company’s fast-growing international footprint.
Natalie has been an integral part of Prime Data Centers for nearly three years, having previously served as Human Resources Partner. In that capacity, she played a pivotal role in developing scalable HR systems and supporting the company through a period of aggressive expansion in the hyperscale and wholesale data center industry.
Before joining Prime, Natalie served as Director of Human Resources at Kalkomey Enterprises, where she built strategic HR capabilities across performance management, compliance, and employee relations. Her work focused on enabling high-growth teams with strong support systems and employee-centric HR policies.
Prior to that, she spent nearly five years at Altisource, where she progressed through multiple HR roles, including Lead, Employee Experience and Culture, and HR Generalist. In these positions, she focused on employee engagement, cultural initiatives, and internal mobility programs across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Earlier in her career, Natalie held HR leadership and generalist positions at Western Elite, Poly West, Letica Corporation, Michael Foods, and Shift4 Payments, establishing a broad base of experience in people operations, compliance, and workforce development.
