Witham, Essex, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Natalie Seago has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at DD, a leading clinical solutions provider in the dental and beauty markets across the UK and ROI. In her new role, Natalie will lead the organization’s people strategy across its fast-growing workforce, driving leadership development, talent engagement, and organizational transformation during a phase of rapid business expansion.
Natalie brings with her over nine years of progressive leadership experience at DD, having grown through the ranks from HR Manager to Director of HR, then serving as Customer Contact Centre and HR Director, and now taking on the top people role. Her tenure at DD reflects deep expertise in people strategy, leadership development, and customer-focused organizational development.
Before joining DD, she spent nearly four years as HR Business Partner at The Cambian Group, a private healthcare provider, where she supported a 1,000+ employee base and led HR operations across the East of England region. Her role involved full-cycle HR management, recruitment, and talent development in high-pressure and regulated environments.
Earlier in her career, Natalie served as HR Adviser at Colchester Institute, where she provided comprehensive HR support to over 1,000 staff. She also worked for nearly eight years at Spicerhaart as HR Advisor, supporting a wide network of estate agents, mortgage consultants, and financial advisors across the UK. This role gave her deep exposure to strategic and operational HR across distributed teams.
Her early experience includes roles in HR administration, payroll processing, recruitment support, and training coordination at BSI Inspectorate, Harkess Ord, and Grampian Country Foods, giving her a solid foundation in HR operations and employee services.
