Liverpool, England, United Kingdom, May 2025 – Natasha M. has been appointed as Head of People Planning & Projects at Rathbones Group Plc, marking a significant leadership advancement in her more than a decade-long tenure at the organization. In this newly elevated position, Natasha will be responsible for driving strategic people initiatives, overseeing workforce planning, and leading key HR transformation projects that align with the firm’s long-term goals.
Most recently, Natasha served as Human Resources Business Partner, where she provided strategic HR support across business units and played a key role in aligning people strategy with organizational objectives. Her collaborative approach and business insight were instrumental in driving talent engagement and operational HR effectiveness.
Prior to that, she held the role of HR/People Change Partner, where she focused on leading change initiatives, cultural alignment, and post-merger integration strategies—ensuring smooth transitions and high levels of employee engagement during transformative business periods.
Earlier in her career, Natasha held roles as HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Officer at Rathbones, each time expanding her influence in shaping people processes, policy implementation, and employee relations across the firm’s operations.
Before joining Rathbones, Natasha gained valuable experience in HR and advisory roles at The Hut Group (THG) and Ingeus, and also served as Sales and Marketing Project Co-ordinator at Newhall Publications, demonstrating her early focus on both people and project alignment.
