With a career deeply rooted in human resources, Rebecca brings to Naturalmat a wealth of experience in fostering organizational cultures that prioritize sustainability, employee engagement, and developmental growth.
Prior to joining Naturalmat, Rebecca H. has held several significant roles that have equipped her with a unique blend of skills tailored for her new position. She has proven her HR and office management capabilities at organizations deeply aligned with sustainability and purpose-led business missions, such as the Blue Earth Summit and Wavelength Media Co., where she excelled in roles that combined human resources management with office administration, emphasizing the importance of a positive organizational culture.
Rebecca’s journey also includes valuable experiences as an HR & Finance Manager at Inconf, a company known for producing virtual, in-person, or hybrid events with customised platforms and experiential virtual venues. Her tenure at Propeller:Exmouth as Building Manager, where she oversaw the expansion of co-work space and ensured a safe and compliant work environment, showcases her ability to manage complex projects and create thriving community spaces.
Her broad experience is not just limited to HR; Rebecca has also been a co-founder of Bikelands Bicycle Shop, where she was instrumental in brand development, marketing, and community engagement, further highlighting her versatility and commitment to sustainable lifestyles.
