In this new leadership role, Natwar will oversee human resource strategies and initiatives, aligning them with the company’s business objectives and fostering a high-performance work culture. With over 17 years of dedicated service at Hyundai, Natwar’s expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, and organizational development positions him to drive impactful changes within the organization.
Natwar Kadel has been associated with Hyundai Motor India Ltd. since 2007, steadily advancing through various leadership roles. In January 2025, he assumed the position of Associate Vice President and Vertical Head, Human Resources, following a tenure as Head of HR and HRD Strategy and General Manager & Head of the Centre of Expertise (Corporate HR), where he implemented strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Before these roles, Natwar served as Assistant General Manager – Employee Relations Strategy & Planning in Chennai, where he successfully managed critical HR functions across diverse business units. Over his career, Natwar has demonstrated exceptional skills in data-driven decision-making, learning and development, and employee engagement, contributing significantly to Hyundai’s HR transformation journey.
