Pakistan, August 2025 — Naureen Awais Suleman has been appointed Head of People and Culture at Xpert Digital, where she will lead organizational development, talent management, and people strategy across a fast-growing digital transformation company. In this new role, she is partnering closely with the leadership team to enhance employee engagement and drive cultural evolution.
Suleman joins Xpert Digital following a nine-year tenure at GroupM Pakistan, where she served as Head of People – Malaysia and Pakistan. At GroupM, she worked at the intersection of digital, media, and talent, implementing scalable initiatives and establishing HR as a strategic business partner. Her impact was pivotal in enabling business performance across rapidly evolving markets.
Prior to that, Suleman led training initiatives at the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, where she developed and delivered corporate governance programs in association with IFC and the Institute of Directors, UK. Her mandate included content innovation and leadership development for board-level professionals and HR committees.
Earlier in her career, Suleman held HR and talent development roles at Aga Khan University, TPS Pakistan, and Huawei, with responsibilities ranging from organizational design to strategic workforce planning. She has consistently driven large-scale people initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
