In his previous role as Vice President – Corporate Sales, Naveen led strategic initiatives to expand Naukri.com’s footprint across multiple regions, including Bengaluru, Hosur, Mysore, Mangalore, and Hubli. He was instrumental in driving cloud-based SaaS solutions for data and productivity management and forging strong partnerships with corporate clients. Prior to this, he served as Associate Vice President, where he was responsible for sales strategy execution, team development, and market penetration in southern India.
Naveen has also held several key positions during his tenure at Naukri.com, including Senior Manager, Business Manager – Corporate Sales, and Manager – Corporate Sales, progressively contributing to revenue growth, client retention, and organizational expansion. His hands-on leadership and ability to nurture high-performing teams have been pivotal in maintaining Naukri.com’s leadership in India’s e-recruitment industry.
