Edison, New Jersey, United States, April 2025 – Neel Naik has started a new position as Chief Financial Officer at Swiss Madison®, a leading bathroom fixture manufacturer known for its quality products and innovative design. In his new role, Neel will lead all financial operations, bringing his extensive expertise in financial strategy, reporting, and operational oversight to drive continued growth and efficiency for the company.
Before joining Swiss Madison®, Neel Naik served as Vice President of Finance and Operations at The Healing Company, where he was responsible for SEC reporting, PCAOB audits, and integrating acquisitions while leading a publicly traded health and wellness company through strategic transformations.
Prior to this, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Caswell-Massey, where he managed financial planning and reporting, operational improvements, and investor relations. He also served as VP of Finance and Operations at Obvi, where he led the company’s financial and supply chain functions, developed internal dashboards, and supported capital raises.
Neel also gained valuable experience as Manager of Finance and Business Intelligence at FlavorGod and SHREDZ Supplements, where he managed forecasting, pricing, marketing analytics, and financial controls. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at CIT, progressing through a structured Finance Leadership Development Program.
