In her new leadership position, Neelam is focused on driving bold transformation—anchored in operational excellence and powered by responsible, intelligent innovation—to position CogentHubCX.AI as a next-generation CX partner.
Neelam brings a rich background of more than two decades in customer experience, digital transformation, and global sales leadership. Prior to joining CogentHubCX.AI, she served as Chief Customer & Revenue Officer at IGT Solutions for nearly a decade. There, she led global customer and revenue strategies, playing a central role in scaling the organization’s presence and impact across key markets.
Her journey with InterGlobe Technologies (IGT) began earlier in her career, where she held multiple roles over a span of nearly eight years, including Vice President – Sales, General Manager – Sales & Account Management, and Manager – Operations. In these capacities, she managed cross-regional client portfolios, drove revenue growth, and led high-performing sales and operations teams across the US, Europe, MEA, and APAC.
Before her tenure at IGT, Neelam worked in sales at Galileo India, where she managed nationwide account development, laying the foundation for her deep expertise in enterprise customer engagement.
