Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2026 — Enovis has announced that Neeraj Chandola has started a new chapter as Head of HR – India, strengthening the company’s people leadership as it continues to expand its presence and capabilities in the medical technology space.
In his new role, Chandola will lead the India HR charter for Enovis, supporting workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture-building aligned with the company’s mission to improve lives through clinically differentiated solutions that help restore motion for patients globally.
Prior to joining Enovis, Chandola served as Director HR – Head of Department at RevHC, where he led HR strategy and operations across the organization’s India site, supporting business priorities through talent planning, engagement initiatives, and people programs.
Before that, he was Director HR – Site Head (Hyderabad and Chennai) at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, where he worked closely with leadership teams to strengthen HR governance, scale talent practices, and support multi-site operations.
He also spent over seven years with AGS Health, progressing through multiple leadership roles including AGM HR (Site Head – Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Jaipur). During this phase, he supported HR leadership across large delivery sites, partnering with business teams across the revenue cycle management and healthcare technology environment.
Earlier in his career, Chandola held HR roles with TP (Teleperformance) and Tech Mahindra, and began his professional journey in customer operations and quality-focused roles before moving into HR business partnering and leadership.
