Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Raymond Lifestyle Limited has appointed Neeraj Nagpal as Chief Business Officer – Apparel & Retail. In this role, he will oversee the leadership team of Apparel Brands & Retail Formats, including The Raymond Store (TRS) and Raymond Made to Measure (MTM), further strengthening the company’s retail and apparel strategy.
Bringing over 27 years of experience in fashion and retail, Neeraj Nagpal has demonstrated expertise in driving profitable growth and expansion. Before joining Raymond, he was Chief Executive Officer at Baazar Retail Pvt. Ltd., where he led strategic growth and market expansion. Prior to this, he was Chief Business Officer at Shoppers Stop, where he managed business strategy, growth, and omnichannel operations.
His tenure at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. saw him serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising & Sourcing Officer – Pantaloons, leading merchandise operations, sourcing, and supply chain management. Earlier, he worked at ITC Limited – Lifestyle Retailing as Head – Technical Services, managing product development, quality assurance, and outsourced manufacturing. His career also includes experience at Ashima Ltd. – Attires Division in manufacturing operations.
Neeraj Nagpal holds an Executive PGP in Management from MDI Gurgaon, a PG Diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology from NIFT Delhi, and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from GEC Jabalpur. Additionally, he has completed the Leadership for Senior Executives Program at Harvard Business School (HBS), USA.
