Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Neeta Rajwar has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd (HCG), where she will lead the company’s operational strategy and oversee initiatives to enhance efficiency, patient outcomes, and growth across its cancer care network. With a strong background in healthcare management and strategic operations, Neeta is set to drive HCG’s mission of redefining cancer care in India.
Neeta Rajwar previously served as the Facility Director and Assistant Vice President at Marengo Asia Hospitals, where she led business agility and growth strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and effective cost management over the past year. Her leadership played a key role in optimizing hospital operations and implementing strategic plans.
Before this, she held the position of Facility Director and General Manager for Max Healthcare at the Panchsheel Park and Lajpat Nagar units. Across her five-year tenure, Neeta led operational enhancements, strategic planning, and the implementation of SOPs, spearheading cost-saving initiatives and aligning resources with business goals.
Earlier, Neeta served as the Head of Corporate Relations & Wellness Initiatives at Max Healthcare, where she successfully developed wellness programs and corporate engagement strategies, driving revenue growth and improving client relationships for over three years.
Her career also includes strategic roles such as Zonal Manager at Reliance Communications and Regional Head at HDFC RED, where she championed business development, revenue generation, and operational excellence in their respective sectors.
