Gurugram, India, March 2026 — Neha Dhall has joined Oberoi Realty as General Manager – Sales. In this role, she will lead sales responsibilities, bringing deep experience across real estate sales leadership, team management, and market-facing growth roles across leading developers and industry bodies.
Prior to joining Oberoi Realty, Neha Dhall served at Max Estates Ltd. as Dy. General Manager (Team Lead), where she led a team and supported sales outcomes in an on-site capacity.
Earlier, she was associated with DLF Limited, where she progressed from Senior Manager to Assistant General Manager, contributing to sales leadership responsibilities in Gurugram. She also worked with CREDAI National as AGM, gaining exposure within the real estate industry ecosystem.
Before that, she served at DLF Home Developers Ltd. as Senior Sales Manager, and earlier spent close to eight years with Ansal API as Sales and Marketing Manager, building strong experience in sales and marketing execution. Her early career includes roles with JMD Ltd. as Sales and Marketing Executive and with MVL Ltd. as Executive Sales & Marketing.
