Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 – Neha Prasad has started a new position as Associate Director & Head – Public Relations at Emeritus, a part of the Eruditus Group, marking a significant milestone in her journey in strategic communications and brand storytelling.
In her new role, Neha will lead public relations and communication strategies, driving brand positioning, media engagement, and narrative building as Emeritus continues to expand its global footprint in the education and upskilling ecosystem.
Prior to joining Emeritus, Neha Prasad spent over six years at upGrad, most recently as Head of Media Communications, where she led integrated communication strategies across India and international markets including the US, APAC, and MENA. She served as a media advisor to leadership, drove category narratives in higher education and lifelong learning, and played a key role in building brand differentiation and visibility across platforms.
During her tenure at upGrad, she also led crisis communications during a challenging phase for the edtech industry, ensuring brand credibility and sustained leadership visibility while aligning communication strategies with business priorities.
Earlier, she worked with Everymedia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Associate – Digital PR, where she executed high-impact PR campaigns for leading entertainment and OTT brands including Amazon Prime Video, ZEE5, Viacom18, and Fox Star Studios, contributing to large-scale media visibility and audience engagement.
She also gained experience at Madison World and MSLGROUP, where she built a strong foundation in brand communications, media relations, and campaign execution across diverse sectors.
Neha began her career with roles at Blink Digital and Balaji Telefilms Ltd., gaining early exposure to content creation, digital media, and production environments.
