Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, April 2025 – Neha Sinha has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Galaxy i Technologies Inc, a leading global consulting and IT services company. In her new position, Neha will spearhead all HR operations, including strategic planning, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance across the organization.
Prior to this appointment, Neha served as HR Business Partner at Spruce InfoTech, Inc. for nearly three years, where she played a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business strategy. Her tenure was marked by strong people practices, organizational design contributions, and leadership in cross-functional HR programs.
Before rejoining Spruce InfoTech, she held the role of Director of Human Resources Operations at IMCS Group, where she led critical HR functions and drove key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, engagement, and retention programs. She also served earlier as Head of Human Resources at Spruce InfoTech, where she worked to scale HR operations and improve organizational efficiencies.
Earlier in her career, Neha held HR Manager roles at multiple firms including SoftNice, Quantum World Technologies, IDC Technologies, and Nityo Infotech, where she was instrumental in implementing HR best practices across performance management, policy design, and employee relations. Her extensive experience across the IT consulting sector has given her a deep understanding of industry dynamics and people strategy.
