Tel Aviv District, Israel, September 2025 – Fortissimo Capital, a leading private equity fund in Israel, has announced the appointment of Netta Nahum as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, she will expand the people side of investing by embedding culture and human capital strategies into the investment process and portfolio value-creation journey, while partnering closely with portfolio leaders and their teams to support scaling and growth.
Netta brings nearly two decades of people leadership experience to her new role. For close to six years, she served as VP People at Sygnia, a global cyber technology and services company. Previously, Netta was the Director of People & Culture at TytoCare, where she empowered employees through belonging, growth, and collaboration, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming telehealth. Before that, she spent over five years with Kaminario, first as HR & Recruitment Manager and later as Director HR EMEA, driving HR initiatives across multiple regions, supporting international expansions, and leading employee engagement and leadership development programs.
Netta began her career with the Israel Defense Forces, where she rose to the rank of Major in the Intelligence Corps.
