Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, February 2025 – Nick Busalacki has been promoted to Vice President, Global Learning & Development and Organizational Change Management at Johnson Controls. In this role, he will lead global initiatives to drive learning, talent development, and change management strategies that enhance workforce capabilities and organizational transformation.
With over 10 years at Johnson Controls, Busalacki has played a pivotal role in shaping HR, learning, and employee experience strategies. Prior to this promotion, he served as Vice President, HR Corporate Functions, where he spearheaded strategic HR initiatives, implemented performance management systems, and enhanced organizational effectiveness. Before that, as Senior Director of Employee Enablement and Employee Experience, he led enterprise-wide employee listening strategies and AI-driven talent solutions, reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement.
Busalacki’s tenure at Johnson Controls also includes leadership roles such as Senior Director, Learning, Culture, and Employee Listening, where he oversaw global learning initiatives, managed a $20M P&L, and built talent mobility programs. His expertise in organizational development, learning design, and leadership coaching has been instrumental in driving business outcomes and employee engagement across the organization.
Before joining Johnson Controls, Busalacki served in the United States Air Force, where he led talent acquisition, training, and instructional development programs, contributing to workforce optimization and leadership development initiatives.
