United Kingdom, December 2024 – Nick Goodridge has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at VIVO Defence Services, a leading provider of maintenance and facilities management services to the UK military. With extensive experience in financial leadership and strategic management, Nick will oversee the company’s financial strategy and operations, supporting its commitment to delivering high-quality services for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and Ministry of Defence.
Prior to joining VIVO Defence Services, Nick served as Finance Director – Central Government & Defence at Mitie for nearly four years. In this role, he provided financial leadership for key government and defence contracts, ensuring robust financial controls and driving operational efficiency.
Nick’s tenure with Interserve spanned nine years, where he held pivotal roles, including Finance Director and Managing Director of Interserve Defence. He played a critical role in streamlining financial processes and enhancing business performance across major defence projects.
Earlier in his career, Nick held leadership roles at Serco, where he served as Head of Finance, and at Landmarc Support Services, where he contributed as a Pension Trustee. His foundational expertise was built through positions such as Financial Controller at Compass Group and Audit Manager at Binder Hamlyn.
