With a wealth of experience in strategic human resources leadership, Nicole brings a strong background in talent management and organizational development to her new role, aiming to drive impactful HR strategies and initiatives at Indue.
Nicole Cantero joins Indue with a distinguished career in HR leadership across various industries. At Indue, she will focus on enhancing HR practices, building a strong organizational culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to this, Nicole served as the Group Human Resources Manager at Michael Hill for approximately 1 year and 8 months. In this role, she was instrumental in developing business strategies, managing organizational development, and overseeing HR operations, including employee benefits design and strategic planning.
Before Michael Hill, Nicole was the General Manager People Operations at Calibre for around 1 year and 6 months, where she led leadership development, conflict resolution, and multi-disciplinary teams. She also served as the Manager People and Capability at Calibre for about 5 years and 5 months, focusing on payroll administration, organizational design, and stakeholder engagement.
Nicole’s extensive HR experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Gucci for approximately 1 year and 2 months, where she specialized in team management, performance reviews, and strategic planning.
Earlier in her career, Nicole held the position of HR Business Partner & Training Manager at Nestlé Nespresso for nearly 4 years and 1 month, where she focused on conflict resolution, people management, and labor and employment law. She also worked at Kelly Services as the People, Productivity, and Quality Manager for about 2 years, and at Oce Business Services as the National Corporate Trainer for approximately 9 months.
Nicole’s career also includes significant stints at Kelly Services as the National Training Manager for around 4 years and 2 months, and as a Human Resource Officer for approximately 2 years and 3 months, where she gained valuable experience in people management and cultural sensitivity.
