London, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Anna Lakshmi S. has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Dimension Studio. With an extensive background in human resources and organizational development, Anna brings a wealth of experience to her new role, aiming to enhance HR practices and foster a strong organizational culture at Dimension Studio.
Anna Lakshmi S. joins Dimension Studio with a distinguished career in HR leadership across various industries. At Dimension Studio, she will focus on strategic human resources leadership and people management.
Prior to this, Anna served as the Human Resources Director at Dimension Studio for approximately 4 months, where she was instrumental in driving HR initiatives and managing talent across the organization.
Anna is also the Founder of Kilpauk Productions, an independent production company that develops and produces TV projects with underrepresented scriptwriters. She has been leading this venture since November 2022, focusing on creating bold, entertaining stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
Earlier in her career, Anna held the position of Interim Director, HR – Global Technology at Technicolor Creative Studios for around 4 months. In this role, she partnered with the Executive Committee and CTO to develop and execute people plans, leading talent management and succession planning for the global technology organization.
Anna’s career also includes significant stints at HBO Max as the Senior HR Project Manager – New Market Launches – EMEA and APAC, where she managed HR workstream activities for new market launches across multiple regions. Additionally, she served as the HR Advisory Manager (Project Lead – Change & Transformation) at HSBC, where she led change and transformation projects across the organization.
Anna has also worked at HelpAge International as the Interim Head of HR, and at BBC Global News as the Interim Human Resources Business Partner, where she managed complex employee relations and strategic HR initiatives. Her career journey also includes roles at Acas as a Senior Advisor, and at Aspen Grey as the Founder of an OD & HR consultancy.
Anna has gained valuable experience in HR operations, talent management, and organizational development through her various roles at J.P. Morgan and other prestigious organizations.
