Irvine, California, United States, February 2026 — Nikhila Srirangpatna has started a new role as Chief Financial Officer at DJ&A, where she will lead the company’s financial strategy, governance, and operational performance as the multidisciplinary consulting firm continues its national expansion.
Prior to joining DJ&A, Nikhila served in senior finance leadership roles at Verdantas, where she progressed from Associate Vice President Finance to Vice President Finance. During her time there, she played a key role in strengthening financial operations and supporting growth initiatives, bringing expertise in financial modeling and M&A due diligence. Earlier, she held Chief Financial Officer roles at Leighton Group and Group 206, contributing to financial leadership and organizational scaling in fast-growing environments.
Nikhila previously spent over a decade as Chief Financial Officer at Group Delta Consultants, Inc., where she led long-term financial strategy and operational management. Before that, she served as CFO and Consultant at Sage Environmental Consulting, and earlier built her foundation in accounting and corporate finance with Cooper Graci & Co and Polaris Software. She also completed graduate studies at Texas State University, strengthening her expertise in corporate finance.
With more than two decades of experience across finance leadership, consulting, and corporate strategy, Nikhila brings a strong track record in guiding organizations through growth and operational transformation, positioning DJ&A to enhance its financial performance and strategic capabilities.
