Detroit, Michigan, United States, September 2025 — Niki Pollack has joined PurposeCare as Director, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, bringing extensive experience in leading recruitment, operations, and onboarding strategies across healthcare and corporate sectors.
Most recently, Niki served at Step Ahead ABA, where she designed and implemented data-driven recruitment strategies, leveraged AI tools, and built referral networks to exceed hiring goals across clinical roles. She also championed a strong employer brand, boosting offer acceptance and retention while scaling onboarding processes.
Before that, she was with Centria Autism, where she partnered with clinical and operational teams to forecast workforce needs and execute scalable hiring plans. She drove talent pipelines through community engagement and university partnerships, while strengthening employer value propositions that enhanced retention and candidate engagement.
Earlier, Niki spent nearly seven years at Rocket Mortgage, advancing to Director of Talent Acquisition. There, she played a critical role in establishing shared services ahead of the company’s IPO, implementing Workday and SmashFly systems, optimizing ATS workflows, and building programs that saved millions annually while improving recruitment visibility and efficiency.
She also gained early experience as a U.S. Army Logistics Coordinator, where she managed complex cargo operations across international ports, contributed to more than 200 live exercise missions, and represented the U.S. as an Army Ambassador in a troop exchange with the United Kingdom.
