Nilesh Munje has been named the new Head of Human Resources at Qubatic. His role will encompass India, US and UK operations.
Munje brings over 16 years of extensive experience in human resources management, having served in various HR leadership roles across multiple high-profile organizations.
Before joining Qubatic, Munje was the Human Resources Lead at Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital, where he managed HR operations and strategic initiatives that supported both staff and organizational objectives. Significant improvements in HR policies, employee relations, and the implementation of comprehensive training programs marked his tenure at Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital.
Prior to his role at Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital, Munje served as Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations at Parason Machinery from December 2019 to July 2020. In this position, he oversaw critical areas such as employee relations, industrial relations, and HR policy formulation, significantly enhancing operational efficiencies.
From June 2011 to November 2019, Munje was the Human Resources Manager for Videocon Consumer Durables. There, he played a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape across the organization, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Earlier in his career, Munje held positions at Kenstar India and Wockhardt, where he developed his expertise in HR policy, employee benefits design, and dispute resolution, laying the groundwork for his later successes in more senior HR roles.
