Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 – Nishant Manchanda has begun a new professional chapter as the Operations and Customer Experience Lead – B2C (International Markets) at ZAFCO, where he will oversee B2C operations, supply chain excellence, and customer experience for the US and UK markets across Tirestreets.com and Tirestreets.co.uk. In this role, he will drive operational efficiency, enhance customer lifecycle value, and strengthen ZAFCO’s digital-first retail capabilities across its global footprint.
In his most recent role at Customer121, Nishant Manchanda spent nearly seven years shaping the organization’s eCommerce and supply chain performance. He managed both offline and online distribution operations with an annual top line of over ₹15 crore, led marketplace business planning, introduced multi-warehouse strategy for Amazon that reduced logistics cost by 30%, and strengthened supplier diversification to improve reliability, reduce lead times, and optimize inventory efficiencies. His contributions significantly enhanced operational scalability, category profitability, and customer engagement outcomes.
Prior to this, he served as AVP Product – Square Connect at Square Yards, where he owned product strategy, operations, marketing, and support functions for the broker ecosystem. Under his leadership, the broker network expanded from 24,000 to 68,000 users within 12 months. He also drove significant process automation and partner onboarding improvements while leading cross-functional teams across product, marketing, telesales, and customer support.
Earlier, he played a key role in building and scaling TwishQ Fashions Pvt. Ltd., where he launched and expanded a fashion brand to over ₹6 crore annual turnover. He developed a network of 300+ resellers, 15 franchise stores, and a 100,000+ designer community. He streamlined supply chain operations end-to-end—achieving 25% cost savings and faster turnaround times—while strengthening category management across major online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Snapdeal.
Across previous roles at Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, CODETHEATRE Infotech, Microsoft India Ltd (Bertelsmann Services India), and Initiative Technologies, he built strong foundations in CRM solutions, business analysis, customer intelligence, solution integration, project delivery, and client management. These diverse experiences across telecom, technology, software, and digital operations have shaped his deep expertise in business transformation, customer success, and operational excellence.
