Nishi brings an extensive and diverse background in HR leadership and business development, having served as Chief Human Resource Officer & Chief Business Development Officer at Belivance – Management Consulting for nearly eight years. During her tenure, she played a dual leadership role, driving both the HR and business growth agendas for the firm and its clients.
Her entrepreneurial experience includes serving as CEO of Serve HR Private Limited and Trezure Casa, where she led business strategy, talent management, and operations in dynamic sectors. At Hiten Sethi & Associates and AS AGRI & AQUA LLP, Nishi managed PR, systems, and process improvement, consistently enhancing organizational capabilities and market positioning.
Her earlier experience spans HR and business development roles at Rani Press, LOTUS REAL ESTATE, KAIZEN GLOBAL SERVICES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, Serco, and Wipro, where she contributed to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational excellence across sectors.
Nishi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai, which complements her hands-on leadership in building HR strategy and scalable people practices.
