Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 — Niyathi Madasu has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Premier Energies Limited, a leading integrated solar manufacturing and renewable energy solutions company. In her new role, she will spearhead the organization’s people and culture strategy, with a strong focus on leadership development, organizational capability building, talent strategy, and sustaining Premier Energies’ growth as a global clean energy player.
Niyathi has had a distinguished journey with Premier Energies Limited, where she has served for over five years. She notably built and led the Human Resources function from the ground up and continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors, advising on strategic business and people decisions. Her contributions have played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s culture, governance, and talent ecosystem.
Previously, Niyathi served as Vice President – Human Resources at ECLAT Health Solutions Inc, where she led global people and culture initiatives, scaling HR systems, employee experience, organizational development practices, and strategic workforce planning across geographies to support rapid business growth.
Before that, she worked with Dalberg as Human Capital Leader for Asia, where she drove leadership effectiveness, organizational development, HR strategy, and change management anchored in mission-driven consulting environments.
Earlier in her career, she served as a Talent Management Leader & OD Specialist across multiple strategic projects in South Africa and India, where she designed performance frameworks, leadership development models, competency architecture, and people development systems across industries.
Her experience also includes leadership roles in Aegon Life, Tata Sons, Capgemini, and METRO Cash & Carry India, where she contributed to building high-performing people systems, cultural transformation, and HR capability development.
Niyathi holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, and completed the Executive Program in Organizational Leadership at the Indian School of Business (ISB).
Her appointment underscores Premier Energies’ commitment to nurturing a values-driven workforce and strengthening its leadership foundation as the company expands its manufacturing capabilities and global footprint in the renewable energy sector.
