Tel Aviv, Israel, March 2026 – Papaya Global has appointed Noa Brummer as its Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to scale its global workforce platform. In this role, Brummer will lead the company’s global people strategy, organizational development initiatives, and culture agenda as Papaya Global expands its operations across international markets.
Brummer brings extensive global HR leadership experience and joins Papaya Global after serving nearly six years as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sapiens, where she was a member of the executive management team reporting to the CEO. During her tenure, she played a key role in scaling the organization from approximately 3,000 to more than 5,000 employees across 24 countries, supporting both organic and acquisition-driven growth. She led global human capital strategy, organizational transformation initiatives, leadership development programs, and employee engagement efforts while overseeing a worldwide HR function of more than 100 HR professionals.
Earlier in her career, Brummer held senior HR leadership roles at Amdocs, where she served as Head of HR for Amdocs Global Services, supporting a workforce of more than 10,000 employees across 50 countries, and previously as HR Director for Amdocs Development, leading HR strategy for a global R&D division of around 5,000 employees across multiple geographic locations. She also held HR leadership positions at Nova Measuring Instruments, where she led HR for global business units and organizational development initiatives. Brummer began her professional career in organizational development roles with the Israel Defense Forces and HP, building a strong foundation in leadership development, learning, and organizational design.
